Fresh honey is typically available around the end of August beginning of September and is available until sold out. Some years, varietal honey (ie. Maple, raspberry etc.) may be available but our common honey will be either early or late wildflower and fireweed. The wildflower honey, as it is from variety of Campbell River area plants is very helpful for those with seasonal allergies.
