3.7.0_Cemetery_tnThe City of Campbell River operates two cemeteries – the Campbell River Cemetery, located at 3200 Island Hwy (Hwy 19) and the Elk Falls Cemetery, located at 6400 Gold River Hwy (Hwy 28). We encourage you to visit them throughout the seasons and enjoy the peaceful paths, heritage monuments, commemorative markers, and seasonal flora and fauna that adorn the meticulously groomed green spaces.

Our cemeteries celebrate all cultures, religions and traditions as we embrace the diversity of our heritage.

Arrangements for interments can be made either through a funeral home or directly through the City.  For direct arrangements or other information please contact the Parks Department at (250) 286-7275.

The Parks Department normal hours of business are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM excluding Statutory Holidays.

The City of Campbell River understands the need for families to show respect and love for those interred through the placement of floral offerings at the grave site. Non-compliant items include potted plants, glass, statuary and candles. For further information, please contact us at 250-286-7275.
